More fixes

I have now started work on cleaning up and organizing the website in preparation of introducing the API

Latest changes:

Moved the file upload form to the dash
Moved the link creation form to the dash
Added a progressbar to file uploads
Added nicer notifications on some pages
Added extra font and image filetypes (Thanks jbcarreon123)
Fixed some bugs pertaining to uploading files (Thanks jbcarreon123)
Fixed a bug related to editing .json files (Thanks Charlie)
Fixed an issue with the Changelog page crashing when faced with a 404 error
